I am requesting the CONFIDENTIAL Nonexclusive 'Postseason Representation Agreement' for my personal review and or for my legally authorized Representative that have my legal consent to sign on my behalf to authorize AAF Inc. American Athlete Foundation to represent my collective personal services and NIL interests in its Revenue Share negotiations with the Postseason Broadcast Companies, Bowl Game Owners/Producers, the Conference Committee Organization, and any other related Entities that negotiate, control, direct, collect, or distributes any and all revenues from the Production, Operation, Staffing, Contracting, Sponsorship, Advertising, Partnerships, Licensing, Merchandising, Vending, or use Varsity College Football Player's NIL or services in generation of any revenue, et al. I hereby agree that my Name, Personal Information and data will be kept CONFIDENTIAL, it will be stored and processed for the purpose of verification, consent and for establishing contact. My information will not be released without my expressed written consent. I am aware that I can revoke my consent at any time.*
